Reconsideration Information from Town of Williston

The $14.45 million project expense estimate breakdown is as follows:

$6.5 million for construction of the addition
$2.8 million to renovate the existing building, including energy-efficiency upgrades
$1.4 million in furnishings, professional fees, permitting, and other “soft” costs
$1.7 million for site work, traffic safety, and stormwater mitigation
$0.9 million for Village Green improvements, including accessible walkways and an outdoor performance space
$1.2 million in contingency funds to prevent budget overruns

Any funds raised via donations will go to lower overall costs.
